if you ask me, its that todays mining equipment can pop 200k ore in half an hour without breaking a sweat. so yeah, there should be bigger rocks. they dont hafta be physically bigger, but have more ore.

if you want realism all this would have to be fixed: what you said plus: a ship that goes boom wont have a little can appear after the boom. IMO lasers wouldnt do EM damage when you warp to a star of a system at the distance youre at your ship...

considering that the ferox is a drone using ship, you may want to armour tank with blasters and drones. but ive never used a rax. but if youre killing cruisers use cruiser guns. use t2 smalls for an anti-frig rax
